Olivia Folger is a Senior Director at Mission Strategies with experience working across the battery, solar, and critical minerals sectors — helping clients secure federal funding and achieve policy outcomes through relationships across the Administration and Congress.
Background
Prior to joining Mission, Olivia was a Director at Boundary Stone Partners, where she supported the Advanced Manufacturing and Supply Chains team. In this role, Olivia worked with clients in the battery, solar, and critical mineral space to secure federal funding and achieve policy outcomes, establishing relationships with key stakeholders across the Administration and in Congress.
Before BSP, Olivia was the Government Relations Manager at a Series B lithium-ion battery technology startup. She managed all local, state, and federal government affairs to increase support for the commercialization of the company's technology, established regional workforce development initiatives, and assisted with marketing, business development, and investor relations efforts.
Olivia also served as an AmeriCorps VISTA at the St. Bernard Economic Development Foundation, expanding funding and programming to support workforce training, business growth, and infrastructure development in Louisiana.
Olivia is currently pursuing a Master's in International Economic Policy from the Elliott School of International Affairs at George Washington University.
