Dylan Kezele
Policy Manager
Dylan Kezele is a Policy Manager at Mission Strategies, where he supports clients navigating federal energy, climate, tax, and trade issues. His work has spanned the public, private, and nonprofit sectors with a strong focus on the legislative process. He brings experience in clean energy policy, the appropriations process, and advanced manufacturing, as well as agricultural and environmental policy issues. He has a continued interest in how these areas intersect to shape long-term policy outcomes.
Before joining Mission, Dylan worked at Boundary Stone Partners on the Advanced Manufacturing & Supply Chains team, supporting clients across the solar, battery, and critical minerals industries on policy and regulatory matters. His earlier experience includes legislative roles with the Climate Action Campaign US, Monument Advocacy, the office of Congressman Matt Cartwright (PA-08), and the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency.
He holds a Master of Public Policy with a concentration in environmental and climate policy from the Schar School of Policy and Government at George Mason University and a Bachelor’s in Environmental Science and Political Science from Elizabethtown College. Dylan’s science-based background and lived experiences shape his approach to policy development and strategy, grounding his work in both technical understanding and practical perspective.
